The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism submitted the urban and technical conditions to the Ministry of Health for the preparation of technical documentation for the construction of the Emergency Center within the Clinical Center and Health Center on the premises near the "Radoje Dakić" factory in Podgorica.
Both documents were adopted in the middle of the month.
In the part concerning the Emergency Center, the number of planned inpatient units is around 100, while the number of beds would be around 250, divided into single, double, triple rooms and intensive care.
The maximum area would be 8.600 square meters without the basement, and when it comes to the number of floors, it could reach four more floors in addition to the ground floor.
"When choosing the location, the necessary functional connection of the building with the existing main building of KCCG was taken into account, as well as the variety of assigned functions. These conditions defined the orientation of the entrance to the facility, the concept of vehicular traffic and the connection with the existing facilities - KCCG, the planned Blood Transfusion Clinic and the existing Department of Pathology and Forensic Medicine," the general conditions state.
The document states that according to the norms for the KCCG complex, it is necessary to provide one parking space for every four employees.
"Given that it is planned to employ a maximum of 2.810 people (of which a large part of employees work in three or two shifts), it is necessary to provide 325 parking spaces for employees," the document adds.
The planned 491 parking spaces within the complex meet the needs of employees, and the surrounding parking lots also meet the needs of KC visitors.
The health center on the premises of "Radoj Dakić" should be up to 10.372 square meters, and yes, except for the ground floor. it has two floors.
