The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) found that the Minister of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media Tamara Srzentić violated the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
In the decision signed by the director of the Agency, Jelena Perović, it is stated that Srzentić did not report accurate and complete data in her property record, which concern 7.140 shares in OGP Gorica.
The law stipulates that a public official is obliged to report accurate and complete data, otherwise a fine of 500 to 2.000 euros is prescribed.
Srzentić said that the only reason she did not report was that she was not aware that 7.140 shares in the bankrupt "Gorica" were registered in her name.
The agency also established that the representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Miloš Nikolić violated the same article of the Law, because he did not report a loan of 3.000 euros.
Nikolić did not respond to the Agency's allegations.
The agency also established that DPS deputy Branimir Gvozdenović violated the law because he did not report weapons, actions in "Plantaže", real estate in Bar and a 35.000 euro loan in the name of his wife.
The agency also made a decision in the case of Democrat Vladimir Martinović.
The decision states that he did not report income from the party in the amount of 567 euros, councilor fees for the period October-December in the amount of 126 euros each, and less reported income of 329 euros from the Assembly.
Martinović said that it was obviously a technical error and that he had no intention of hiding anything.
The agency also established that the deputies of the Democratic Front Milan Knežević, Predrag Bulatović, Jovan Vučurović and Vladan Raičević violated the Law.
Knežević did not report 5.000 shares in the Atlasmont fund.

Knežević said that he reported these shares until the moment when he went to cash them in, at which time he was told that the fund was in bankruptcy and that they did not have the shares. He emphasized that this was the only reason why he did not report them.
In the case of Raičević, the Agency found that he reported an annual income lower by 437 euros.
He told the Agency that he omitted to declare his income for seven days in September last year and that he did not want to conceal anything.
In the case of Vučurović, the Agency found that he did not declare his wife's income of around 260 euros.
The MP said that "the allegations that he did not declare the income for his wife based on the Deed Agreement, because he gave his consent to inspect the bank accounts and therefore does not want to hide anything, are incorrect."
When it comes to Bulatović, the decision states that he did not report the auxiliary building of 12 square meters in Smailagića polje, as well as 1.838 euros of earnings for the month of August.

Bulatović said that it is true that he did not report the earnings for August, and that it was an inadvertent omission, as well as that the statements that he reported the square footage for both buildings of 80 square meters in the report were correct, while he should have reported 92.
"He further pointed out that there was no conscious intention to conceal anything," the explanation states.
