Has the Feasibility Study for the City Stadium under Gorica been accepted: The donor has not received an answer even after two years

"And he can't stand it when you ask him questions that require clear and precise answers," said Vlahović, reminding that for more than a year he has been looking for an official answer to the question of whether the donated Feasibility Study for the Podgorica City Stadium was accepted.

"It's been a year since Vuković became the president of the Football Association Dejan Savicevic they ignore the Montenegrin public and do not respond to the accusations that I made public on several occasions. What increased even more the suspicions that during all the processes for the construction of the eastern tribune of the City Stadium carried out by the Capital City and FSCG, there were serious conflicts of interest and possible corruption and organized crime. Why does Vuković still refuse to submit an official document on the acceptance or non-acceptance of the donated Study even after more than two years since the submitted Study and dozens of oral promises as well as two submitted requests in the archive", asked Vlahović.

According to him, instead of the requested document, recently, for the first time, a short notice arrived from the Capital City.

"With an answer to a question that I didn't even ask, which is that the donated Feasibility Study was part of and was used as a supplement to the program assignment in the public competition from June 2020 for the conceptual solution of the eastern tribune of the City Stadium," Vlahović said.

He states that the donated Study was submitted in September 2019 and was verbally accepted by the leaders of the Capital City.

"With the aim of preparing the public tender for the conceptual solution of the eastern tribune as well as possible. After three months, the capital is announcing the first competition for the conceptual solution of the eastern tribune of the City Stadium, which is experiencing a fiasco due to the conflict of interest of the jury member. The donated Studio is not included in the tender documentation at all, and after my protests, the Capital City only included the Studio in the second Public Tender from June last year, but not the donated one handed over to them, but one of the working versions", points out Vlahović.

He expects the new, reformed prosecutor's office to investigate the entire case.

"Which I have been publicly warning about for a year and that Vuković, the chief city architect, will then Filip Aleksic, President Savićević, Komatina and many others will have the opportunity to give useful answers to state institutions", said Vlahović.
