658 students and 146 teachers and professors infected with the coronavirus

In educational institutions in Montenegro, 658 students and 146 teachers and professors have been infected with the coronavirus.

On the "COVID-19 and education" website, it was announced that 330 students were infected in elementary schools, 308 in secondary schools, and 20 children in preschool institutions.

The most infected among the teaching staff were recorded in primary schools, where 68 infected teachers were registered, in secondary schools 53 and in preschool institutions 25.

Weekly reviews are available on the website showing the total number of institutions, teachers and children, the number of newly ill teachers and children, the total number of sick people and the number of teachers and children in self-isolation.

In the previous week, 276 new cases of infection were recorded among students and 67 among teachers.

Last week, 147 students and 36 teachers were infected in elementary schools, 125 students and 22 teachers in secondary schools, and four new cases among students and nine among teaching staff were registered in preschool institutions.

There are 1.662 students and 181 teachers in self-isolation, of which 1.116 students and 94 teachers are from elementary schools.

There are 438 students and 55 teachers from secondary schools in self-isolation, and 108 students and 32 teachers from preschool institutions.
