The Municipality of Kotor and the Municipality of Nesebar signed a Memorandum on the renewal of friendship today, it was announced from the Office of the President of the Municipality of Kotor.

Dr. Meglena Plugtschieva, Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Bulgaria, Novica Jovović, President of the Municipality of Kotor, Maja Mršulja, as well as Vice-Presidents of the Municipality of Kotor Siniša Kovačević and Nebojša Ševaljević.
