In addition to the worst rating of the European Union so far, the biggest misdeed of the current government is dealing with the smartest and most capable people our country has, said the vice-president of the Democratic Party of Socialists and former Minister of Science Sanja Damjanović.
He points out that the key economic loss of Montenegro and the region is the outflow of talent.
"Tragically, this government has completely collapsed and canceled numerous instruments of support for talented young people that we have been creating for years. Among other things, they canceled the program of prestigious scholarships for doctoral students."
"For this great program, we set aside funds of 700.000 euros every year so that our best people could stay and create in Montenegro. Unfortunately, now they will have to look for support in another country. Quasi-experts are chasing our greatest treasure, fortunately, they won't long," Damjanović stated on Twitter.
