The Council of the Radio Television of Montenegro (RTCG) at today's session gave the unanimous green light to the management to start the implementation of the selection of contractors for the building with 90 apartments for employees of the Public Service.

It was agreed that the management, at the suggestion of certain members of the Council, will decide whether it will be a public invitation or procurement and that the bank guarantee will be increased to 200.000 euros.

"I think we should define whether it will be a public invitation or a public procurement, because someone could dispute all of that because of the smallest detail," said Council member Filip Lazović.

The head of the general director's office, Tijana Vujošević, explained that it is planned for the contractor to build the building, and then to charge the workers, who would buy the apartment, and have all the necessary documentation for that work to be started.

A building for RTCG workers should be built on Ćemovsko polje in Podgorica, on a plot of land of 2.599 square meters, which is owned by the Public Service.
