In Montenegro, there is no shortage of medicines that are used in the recovery of patients from the coronavirus, the Ministry of Health announced, stating that health centers are replenishing supplies daily.

Director General of the Directorate for Health Protection, Slađana Ćorić, said that the Ministry determined this in communication with Montenfarm.

"On the other hand, through on-the-ground control, the Ministry identified a problem in the internal distribution of medicines within the COVID clinic in Podgorica and eliminated it," said Ćorić.

She said that on the territory of Podgorica, two COVID clinics were organized, namely at the Old Airport and at the Music Center.

As she stated, 18 doctors and five visiting teams work in them, which perform around 350 examinations per day.

"The ministry regularly monitors the epidemiological situation in the entire country, and we will always, when the opportunity arises, react locally," Ćorić said.
