The Youth Office of the Capital City, in anticipation of the International Student Day, launched an activity aimed at encouraging young people to speak louder about their needs and thereby influence the improvement of the position of that population.
At the faculties in Podgorica, as it was announced from the capital city, boxes of the Youth Office were set up, which are intended for questions, ideas and suggestions of students, which will make an important contribution to the creation of content for young people in Podgorica.
They invited the students to actively participate and express their views, suggestions, remarks, to ask questions, point out problems, propose creative solutions, and to improve the quality of life in the city together, because, as the capital city points out, young people are the most important link in the chain. development of the city and the country.
The boxes were placed today and until November 12th they will be at the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Political Science, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Biotechnology, Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.
Mayor Ivan Vuković will respond to all questions, suggestions and ideas that will be received in this way at a panel discussion that will be organized on the occasion of International Students' Day at the Faculty of Economics on Wednesday, November 17 at 11 a.m.
The seventeenth of November is marked as a symbol of the struggle for democratic education and a democratic society, as well as the memory of November 17, 1939, when the Nazis executed 20 Czechoslovak students who protested against the occupation.
