Certain services of Pljeval Municipal will be more expensive

The Board of Directors of the Communal Company in Pljevlja adopted a new price list of services at the proposal of the executive director, which has been corrected in the part related to the construction works that the company performs during the arrangement of grave sites. The prices have also been adjusted for services provided by the company at the Milk Market, as well as for mowing the grass at the city cemetery.

Acting Executive Director Radivoje Bujišić He told "Vijesta" that the prices of other services provided by this utility company remained the same.

The prices for the arrangement of burial sites, which includes the production of one-part, two-part and three-part frames for burial sites with finishing works, the construction of sidewalks around the burial site and other construction works, have increased by ten percent.

Bujišić says that they are forced to increase the price of these services due to the increase in the price of construction materials.

According to the new price list, which must be approved by the members of the Pljeval parliament at the session scheduled for December 5, citizens will pay 569 euros for the production of a one-piece frame for the tomb with finishing works. The production of two-part frames with finishing works will cost 695 euros, and three-part frames will cost 822 euros.

The construction of a sidewalk for a one-part tomb will cost 101 euros, two-part 113, and three-part 126 euros. These prices do not include Value Added Tax.

Bujišić said that they decided to increase the price of services at the Milk Market by twenty percent due to the increase in electricity and water prices.

The use of tables for dairy products will be charged 2,57 euros per sales point, or 1,78 if the sales point is reserved. The monthly reservation of a table for the sale of dairy products is fifteen euros, and the use of a cooling chamber for cheese is 5,13, which is how much it costs to use a refrigerated showcase for dairy products.

Bujišće said that the price of the grass cutting service at the city cemetery in Ravni was increased by one hundred percent due to the complexity of performing this work around graves.

This service is invoiced by the utility company to the founder, the Municipality of Pljevlja.

The utility company came out of bankruptcy almost nine months ago after the Tax Administration as the largest creditor accepted the reorganization plan.

The plan envisages that all creditors will be settled within a five-year period.

The Secretariat for housing and communal affairs, traffic and water of the Municipality of Pljevlja adopted a five-year reorganization plan in DOO "Communal Services". The plan defines that during that period the debts to all creditors, i.e. the Tax Administration, employees and suppliers, will be settled. The agreement on reprogramming, which was signed back in July 2015, provides for the settlement of the tax debt for 20 years, that is, 240 monthly annuities.

The Commercial Court of Montenegro introduced, at the request of the Tax Administration, bankruptcy in "Komunalne usluge" doo on October 12 last year. 48 employees from the company were sent to the Employment Office, of which 28 were rehired to perform the regular activities of the company during the bankruptcy proceedings.

The municipality of Pljevlja, in order to facilitate the exit from a difficult situation, during 2020, repeatedly paid one-time financial assistance to the workers of that company, whose wages were not paid for several months.

Bujišić said that the company currently employs 28 workers who have established a fixed-term employment relationship, as well as two workers under a work contract.

Bujišić points out that the company performed positively in the first ten months of this year.
