The Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare (MFSS) will allocate 1,25 million euros for the purchase of disinfectants and protective equipment for the needs of educational institutions and state authorities.
As stated in the information from the Government session, held on December 29, 2021, the MFSS will redirect the money from the current budget reserve to the Administration for Cadastre and State Property for that procurement.
According to the specification submitted by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, the Cadastre and Property Administration should provide 5.012 pre-assembled dispensers for hand sanitizer, 74.202 liters of dispenser refills, and 44.103 liters of alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
It is also necessary to acquire 56.038 liters with 70 percent alcohol, 39.101 liters of asepsol, 45.275 liters of liquid soap with disinfectant. 510.226 pieces of protective masks, 1.241 pieces of non-contact thermometers and 2.305 visors were also requested.
The total estimated value of the procurement for the needs of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, including VAT, is EUR 650.000.
For the needs of state bodies throughout the country, the Cadastre Administration is responsible for providing 1,4 million pieces of protective masks, 53.500 liters of 70 percent alcohol, 61.000 liters of alcohol-based dry hand sanitizer, as well as 70.000 liters of refills for dispensers.
The total estimated value of the acquisition of funds for the needs of state bodies in the territory of the entire country, including VAT, is 600.000 euros.
In the conclusions, it is stated that the Administration for Cadastre and State Property undertakes to carry out the negotiation procedure without prior publication of the call for public tenders, while respecting the principle of competitiveness.
