The company "Adriatic Marinas" from Tivat submitted a request for a decision on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report for the infrastructure construction project for part of the new settlement "Boka Place" which is currently being built in the nautical and tourist center "Porto Montenegro" in Tivat.
The company's plan is to build, in two stages, a plot in the northern part of "Porto Montenegro" near Blaža Jovanović Street, under one of the old so-called officers' residential buildings, build a new building that will house part of the water supply infrastructure, as well as technical rooms for "Porto Montenegro" workers who work in the maintenance service of that complex.
It is about the urban planning plot UP 2-25 with an area of 1.325 square meters, on which the temporary facility of the "Stop" car service is now partially located, which, according to the state study of the "Arsenal" location, according to which "Porto Montenegro" is being built, is slated for removal.
At that location, "Adriatic Marinas" plans to build an infrastructural-technical facility with a total gross construction area of 665 square meters, which will consist of a ground floor and an underground floor. By using the features of the natural configuration of the terrain and the massive greening planned for the total area of 123 square meters, the new building will be visually immersed in the environment to the greatest extent.
The main part of the underground floor of the new building will consist of a large water tank with a capacity of 800 cubic meters with a pumping station and associated electromechanical equipment for the needs of the entire nearby "Boka Place" complex. In the underground floor there will be a parking space for ten cars, while on the ground floor there will be a warehouse and rooms for work and stay of employees (wardrobe, bathrooms, sanitary facilities and rest rooms), while on the roof of the building there will be mechanical installations and solar panels. Of the total capacity of the underground water tank, 500 cubic meters is intended for the fire protection system in the "Boka Place" complex, while 300 cubic meters is intended for the irrigation of green areas in that part of "Porto Montenegro".
