Miloš Zečević is the first born baby in the Nikšić County and his parents received a decision from the Council of the Local Community regarding compensation of one thousand euros.
"In this symbolic way, we want to point out once again that children are the future of every place and that we all have to get involved in order to develop programs that will contribute to children's cries being heard in every corner of Montenegro, so that kindergarten and school classrooms are full of children , because it is the only guarantee for the survival of our society", states the statement signed by the president of the local community of Župa, Dragoljub Radulović.
Miloš was born on January 1, and as Radulović said, the fact that five children were born in Župa in the first twenty days of this year is pleasing.
"This is a good indicator that the Parish is alive, and it is also a good signal to all municipal and state institutions that through their programs and plans they create better conditions for the lives of its residents. Last year, the local community council awarded each registered newborn in Župa, of which there were 23, a monetary compensation of 100 euros. We will try to continue this activity this year as well," said Radulović.
He promised that the Council of the Ministry of Health will strive in the coming period to have as many activities as possible, the ultimate goal of which will be the progress and development of the County.
