The representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Mitrović, announced that there is no end to the failures in the work of the "worst government in the history of Montenegro", especially the department of finance and social care because, as he states, the Children's Home "Mladost" from Bijela was left without a work license for the first time since its establishment.
Thus, says Mitrović, this institution remains without the possibility of providing accommodation services.
"According to the Law on Social and Child Protection, the service provider was obliged to submit an application for the renewal of the work license, no later than six months before the expiry of the term for which the license was issued. As the application by the service provider was not submitted within the statutory deadline, that institution provides an accommodation service without a license, which is contrary to positive regulations," said Mitrović.

He asked if it was possible to make such an omission and that, as he says, the only social-type institution in the country, which takes care of children deprived of parental care and children whose development is hindered by family circumstances, has been performing primary care for more than two and a half months. activity without a license.
