Mitrović: Confirmed that the Children's Home is without a license, the fault of Savić and the Ministry

The representative of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in the Parliament of Montenegro, Ivan Mitrović, said that it is the fault of the director of the "Mladost" Children's Home in Bijela Marela Savić, but also the fault of the competent ministry, that the home currently provides accommodation services in violation of the law, without a work license.

In Savić's reaction to Mitrović's announcement, she stated that the license expired when Zlatković was in charge, who is a "proven DPS staff", and that the home functions smoothly, takes care of children with dedication and professionalism.

Mitrović said that "it is true that the most important thing is that the JU Children's Home "Mladost" Bijela functions smoothly, takes care of the children in a dedicated and professional manner, thanks to the dedicated and responsible work of the employees at the home".

"It is important, and for the sake of the Montenegrin public, to note the following: the only person in the institution, both until April 2020 and after April, was responsible for submitting the request for the extension of the license is you (the staff of Prava Montenegro and the current director dom), as a long-time manager of the Department for General and Legal Affairs of the Children's Home, for whom it was in the job description prescribed by the Rulebook on the Internal Organization and Systematization of Jobs," Mitrović announced.

As he said, after Savić's announcement, one gets the impression that she "did not submit the request for license extension because of personal ambition, and all with the aim of replacing yesterday's colleague".
