Campaign "For a friendly Ukraine": Collection of monetary and goods donations in Cetinje

Today, the humanitarian action "For a friendly Ukraine" started in Cetinje, which was opened by the charge d'affaires of Ukraine Natalija Fijalka and the mayor of Cetinje, Nikola Đurašković.

As stated in the announcement of the Mayor's Office, the action is organized by the Capital City and the Red Cross of Cetinje, and they invite "all citizens, businessmen, non-governmental organizations and all people of good will to participate by making payments to giro account number 535-21023-60 at Prva banka Crna Gore or by donations directly at the premises of the Red Cross, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 14 p.m.

"Please note that the humanitarian campaign will not collect clothing, but the following are desirable and necessary: ​​personal hygiene products, diapers, sanitary napkins, as well as first aid kits. Charge d'affaires Natalija Fijalka expressed her gratitude to Cetinje and Mayor Đurašković for the support that has been provided for days provides to the Ukrainian people from the capital. She especially emphasized that this action is of great importance, because it represents concrete help to people in Ukraine, who are in a very difficult situation," the announcement states.

According to reports, Đurašković expressed deep sorrow for the events of the war, especially for the suffering of people.

He wished the guest, but also all the citizens of Ukraine and the whole world, that this war should end as soon as possible, and a peaceful and diplomatic solution give way to weapons," the statement reads.
