Hipotekarna banka, instead of individual March 5.000 gifts for employees, decided to donate XNUMX euros for the installation of a monument to Princess Ksenia in Cetinje. This donation represents a joint contribution of Hipotekarna banka and the women employed in it, to commemorate the image and part of Princess Ksenia, a great humanitarian, a woman of strong character and spiritual wealth, beautiful, educated, intelligent and gifted, very special, the first woman in the Balkans who drove a car and the first princess who was engaged in photography.
"We believe that she deserves a monument in her native Cetinje, which will symbolize true female strength and remind us of the values that, we believe, each of us values and carries within us, in our own way: strong character, uniqueness, courage, education, empathy, giftedness , creativity... The initiative committee for the creation of the sculpture of Princess Xenia, created by our famous artist Dimitrije Popović, thanked for the donation, stressing that it appreciates this gesture of the ladies from Hipotekarna banka as an expression of their high social awareness to help an enterprise that will permanently symbolize the emancipation of Montenegrin women.
