They add that "thanks to an important resource, such as the base for asphalt production, Podgorica has in recent years received modern roads, bridges, landscaped urban areas and playgrounds - thus raising the quality of everyday life worthy of a European citizen".
"Despite the open sabotage and prevention of the development of the city by the Government of Montenegro in the past two years, we have managed to achieve numerous goals and expectations of the citizens, so that they feel as little as possible the consequences of unconcealed and planned regression through the unprecedented attitude of the state administration towards the citizens of Podgorica.
