The municipality of Pljevlja will also subsidize the purchase of bicycles and electric scooters this year, for which 10.000 euros will be allocated this year. In the procurement of bicycles, the municipality will participate with 50 percent of the price, up to a maximum of 80 euros, and for the purchase of electric scooters in the amount of 40 percent of the price, up to a maximum of 120 euros.

The right to receive a subsidy for the purchase of bicycles will be granted to the first 80 citizens who have fulfilled the conditions of the invitation and the first 30 citizens who apply for an electric scooter, and who have also fulfilled the conditions of the public invitation.

The deadline for submitting applications is April 22.

Along with the application, citizens submit a form - a request for subsidy allocation, a copy of an ID card and a copy of a current giro account, a certificate of residence, a certificate of domestic partnership, an offer from a bicycle/electric scooter store in the form of a pre-invoice with precise specifications. Applications are submitted to the archive of the Civic Bureau of the Municipality of Pljevlja.

The committee for the allocation of subsidies will consider the received applications and determine the ranking list. The results of the public call and the decision on the selection of subsidy beneficiaries will be published on the website of the Municipality of Pljevlja within 15 days from the end of the public call.

Last year, the municipality of Pljevlja subsidized the purchase of bicycles for the first time, and taking into account the great interest of citizens, the amount for this budget item in 2022 was increased and extended to the purchase of electric scooters. GM
