Rmandić ended his hunger strike

One of the organizers and founders of the NGO "Vozom kroz Crna Gora" Mirko Rmandić ended his hunger strike.

"After the Railway Transport of Montenegro fulfilled my demands, and respecting the conclusions of the negotiations with the representatives of the Ministry of Capital Investments, I suspended the decision to go on a hunger strike. This position of mine came after 24 days of hunger strike, because the conditions for ending such a hunger strike had been met kind of protest, primarily based on the assurances and words of the Minister for Capital Investments, Mladen Bojanić, which he gave in the presence of the State Secretary in the MKI, Zoran Radunović, and Dobril Dedeić, my representative in negotiations with the state authorities," said Rmandić.

He added that Bojanic committed to fulfill his request, if the Commission that was formed on March 29, confirms the allegations that he and the NGO "Vozom kruz Crna Gora" presented about irregularities in the procedure and work of the management of ŽPCG.

"In that case, the Ministry will, in accordance with its powers, initiate an initiative for the dismissal of the two directors with the relevant state authorities," said Rmandić.
