The Center for Training in the Judiciary and State Prosecutor's Office (COSDT), in cooperation with the Organization for the Protection of the Rights of Music Authors of Montenegro - PAM CG, organized a seminar on the topic "Intellectual property - copyright and related rights".
As stated in the announcement of PAM Montenegro, in the introductory part of the seminar, the participants were greeted by Ljiljana Lakić, president of the Center's Management Board, and Srđan Bulatović, president of the Supervisory Board of PAM Montenegro, in front of the organizers.
"The lecturer at the seminar, Prof. Slobodan Marković, Ph.D., spoke about the purpose and structure of copyright and related rights, the issue of actual and procedural legitimation in litigation due to infringement of rights, violation of rights, the transfer of property rights and the collective exercise of copyright and related rights. The lecture at the seminar was Danijela Vukčević, judge of the Appellate Court of Montenegro, and Dijana Raičković, judge of the Commercial Court of Montenegro, who presented the current judicial practice on copyright and related rights, were also present.
In the press release, they say that the Center for Training in the Judiciary and the State Prosecutor's Office and PAM of Montenegro will continue to organize such and similar events on the subject of intellectual property in the coming period, "which will undoubtedly contribute to its further development and improvement of its application in Montenegro, and, in the final , to help Montenegro's efforts in the process of European integration in this important area."
