Footage appeared: Tragedy averted in a split second

The footage of the collapse of a part of the building in George Washington Street in Podgorica shows that a tragedy was avoided in a fraction of a second.

The video shows that the slabs almost fell on two girls who were passing by.

Fortunately, there were no injuries.
