Joković congratulated Eid al-Fitr: A holiday that encourages togetherness and the establishment of better relationships

The leader of the Socialist People's Party (SNP) of Montenegro, Vladimir Joković, sent a congratulatory message on behalf of himself and the party to believers of the Islamic faith and to Rifat Fejzić, head of the Islamic Religious Community in Montenegro, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.

In his congratulatory message, Joković wished that this great Islamic holiday would be an opportunity for joyful family gatherings and sincere friendly and neighborly meetings.

"The eternal symbolism of the Eid al-Fitr affirms fundamental human values, a holiday that encourages unity and the establishment of better relations between people, which is what makes our common house, Montenegro, recognizable. May it always be so. Let's be honest and self-sacrificing friends and nurture togetherness and respect for cultural and religious differences, because this guarantees the secure future of our country and the prosperity of all its citizens," Joković's congratulatory message reads.
