The executive director of TV Vijesti and Daily Press, Marijana Kadić Bojanić, received today at a ceremony organized by the Association of Managers, a special recognition for her contribution to management in the field of media.
She said that it was an extremely professional honor for her to be the winner of the award. She pointed out that the media represent the foundation for building a society of equal opportunities.
"Those foundations were built 30 years ago by the founders of Monitor and 25 years ago by the founders of Vijesti. Today, over 200 media employees cooperate with that company," said Kadić Bojanić.

She said that in the coming period she expects those who are powerful in society to give up the need to control the media, because the media should represent the mirror of society.
"The second thing is finally finding and prosecuting murderers and attackers of journalists in Montenegro," she said.
She added that apart from the award, her greatest satisfaction is that TV and the Vijesti portal are the most read and viewed.
