The executive director of Rudnik Uglja AD Pljevlja, Milan Lekić, presented today the representatives of the Mejlis of the Islamic Community of Pljevlja, Chief Imam Ferid Efendiji Osmanagić and Imam Erol Efendiji Kolić, a Dačija Duster COMFORT car manufactured in 2020.
Osmanagić, as stated in Rudnik Uglja's press release, expressed his gratitude to the Board of Directors and the company's executive director for everything they have done for the Islamic community in the past period.
Osmanagić presented Lekić with a thank you note from the Meshihat of the Islamic Community in Montenegro for his contribution and cooperation.
"I owe a debt of gratitude to the coal mine on behalf of the Islamic religious community, on my own behalf and on behalf of Reis Fejzić. This valuable donation was much needed and will really serve the right purposes. We will hand over the vehicle to the Mešihat of the Islamic Community in Montenegro, while all the committees in the area of the Islamic Community in Montenegro will be able to use this vehicle," Osmanagić announced and added that the Islamic Community is extremely satisfied with the relationship of the Coal Mine, stressing that this is not the first donation that Rudnik directed, and that, on several occasions, Rudnik helped the Islamic community like never before in the past", the announcement states.
Lekić expressed his satisfaction that he had the opportunity to present this valuable donation in front of the company.
"Coal mine is a socially responsible company that helps all religious communities. Moreover, our mission and obligation is to help all social actors in accordance with our capabilities. The current leadership has, to mutual satisfaction, helped the Islamic community on several occasions. This vehicle, we believe, will facilitate the daily obligations and activities that the representatives of the Islamic community have, and that is something that makes us happy," said Lekić.
