Podgorica: The deadline for the payment of the first installment for the annual real estate tax is June 30

The Administration of Local Public Revenues of the Capital City has issued decisions on the fixed real estate tax for 2022.

The annual real estate tax is paid in two equal installments, the first of which is due on June 30, i.e. 10 days from the date of delivery of the decision, and the second on October 31, 2022. The Administration called on taxpayers to settle their obligations in a timely manner, in order to avoid procedures for forced collection of tax liability and payment of interest for untimely payment and procedural costs.

The solutions have been submitted to the Post Office of Montenegro, which will deliver them to taxpayers in the following days.

"We would like to inform you that the eTAX portal application has been established, which gives the possibility of viewing decisions on the established real estate tax. Access to the portal is available to all taxpayers who are registered in the database, and the same is done through the portal www.laris.me. By coming to the portal, in the received In the form, a unique identity number (individuals) or PIB (legal entities) is entered and the municipality where the immovable property is located is selected, after which it is possible to view all the decisions on tax on the taxpayer's immovable property," the announcement concludes.
