The Administration of Local Public Revenues of the Capital City has issued decisions on the fixed real estate tax for 2022.

The annual real estate tax is paid in two equal installments, the first of which is due on June 30, i.e. 10 days from the date of delivery of the decision, and the second on October 31, 2022.
