Today, Montefarm started taking over the contracted quantities of drugs for rare and serious diseases, and the necessary therapies have already been distributed to certain public health institutions.
This was announced by the Public Pharmacy Institution "Montefarm" regarding the public's interest in the delivery of oncological and immunobiological therapies.
This institution denied that the tender for the procurement of specific medicines had not yet been announced, but claimed that the mentioned procedure was completed at the end of last week.
"After implementing a complicated tender procedure for the procurement of drugs for the treatment of patients diagnosed with a rare and serious disease, signing contracts with suppliers in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement, Montefarm today started taking over the contracted quantities and the necessary therapies have already been distributed to certain JZUs. How are we clarified several times, the procurement of this group of drugs is not simple for several reasons, but despite the complicated tender procedures and occasional difficulties in the procurement itself, Montefarm is maximally committed to its basic task - to ensure continuity in the delivery of this group of drugs and drugs in general," it is stated in announcement.
