He adds that the efforts of both local authorities and those who bear their share of responsibility at the state level, according to their respective competences, "must be greater and more persistent, so that the Gusinja municipality would never again be synonymous with emigration and a breeding ground for citizens of some western countries."
"In order for this not to happen again, the communal, road, sports, cultural and generally social infrastructure must be at a much higher level - therefore, it is necessary to provide at least the basic conditions for normal life and work, which will be a good basis for more dynamic economic growth and development, by attracting investors and tourists.
