The public enterprise for the management of marine resources has published a public call for concessions for the use of temporary facilities, such as weekend houses and fishermen's houses, on the banks of the Bojana River.
"The public company for the management of the marine resource of Montenegro, as part of its regular activities, implements procedures that involve the leasing of temporary locations in the zone of the marine resource. The leasing/use procedure is carried out in accordance with the Law on the Maritime Resource and the Law on State Property, as well as the Decree on the sale and leasing of things in state property," states the announcement of the Maritime Dobr.
They added that the program of temporary facilities in the marine property zone, which determined the locations and temporary facilities to be installed in the marine property zone, was adopted by the Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism and is valid for the period 2019-2023.
The tender procedure, as they explain, in terms of the aforementioned regulations, also includes the mandatory consent of the Government, which is given on the basis of the Law on State Property, to Decisions on the publication of a public invitation and public invitations, which specify the conditions of the public invitation, the initial lease price, deadlines and others.
"According to the above, on July 8, the Public Enterprise published a Public Call for the assignment of the use of temporary facilities, such as weekend houses and fishermen's houses, on the banks of the Bojana River, which are free for assignment through the Public Call (that is, for temporary locations for which there is no valid Agreement on the Use of Marine Property), in the areas provided for by the valid Amendments and Supplements to the Program of Temporary Facilities in the Marine Property Zone for the period 2019-2023. Objections to the published public invitation relating to the areas of temporary facilities are not acceptable for the reason that they are the same as defined by the valid Amendments and Supplements to the program of temporary facilities in the maritime domain for the period 2019-2023. The public company points out that the subject of the Public Call is the lease of land for the installation of temporary facilities in state property and invites all interested domestic or foreign natural persons, companies , legal entities or entrepreneurs who meet the conditions of the Public Call to participate in the same", they state from this company.
