The capital announced a public call for subsidies for the purchase of bicycles and electric scooters

Today, the capital announced a public call for the seventh cycle of subsidies for the purchase of bicycles and electric scooters within the "Podgorica on two wheels" project.

According to them, 50.000 euros have been allocated for this call, which will subsidize the purchase of 50 electric scooters and 400 bicycles.

The subsidy refers to the purchase of bicycles in the amount of 50 percent of the price, up to a maximum of 100 euros, while for the purchase of an electric bicycle or electric scooter, a subsidy of 50 percent of the price, up to 200 euros is provided.

They add that the first 400 citizens who apply for a bicycle and the first 50 citizens who apply for an electric bicycle or an electric scooter, who meet the conditions stipulated in the competition, are entitled to the subsidy.

The deadline for submitting the application is ten days from the date of publication on the website of the Capital City www.podgorica.me and in one printed medium, ending on August 19, 2022.

"The mandatory part of the application is: Subsidy Request Form, a copy of the ID card, an offer from the bicycle store in the form of a pre-invoice with specified specifications, a certificate of residence and a certificate of domestic partnership. Applications are submitted to the archives of the Main Department (Njegoševa 20, entrance from Independence Square), and incomplete documentation will not be considered. The Committee for Allocation of Subsidies to Citizens will evaluate the requests received and determine the list of the first citizens whose application is correct, and the results of the Public Call will be published on the official website of the Capital City.
