The owner of a catering establishment and a house in the Kolašina settlement Smailagića polje Dragica Ćetković again yesterday she stopped the execution of part of the works on the residential building, on the plot bordering her property.
She also did this at the beginning of June, because during the excavation on the plot where the residential building is growing, the stone fence of Ćetković was demolished. She then married an investor, that is, the director of "Eurozox". Zoran Drobnjak agreed that "a solution to the problem will be found in the next ten days".
However, the Ćetković fence has not yet been erected, but the investor has started construction on the edge of the plot around the future building, so Kolašinka decided to stand in front of the workers once again.
"They won't be able to continue until they give us back the fence they tore down. To top it all off, this morning they started building their fence, and put the support beams on my lot. We again called all competent inspections, and I stood in front of the workers and forbade them to continue construction. We have had enough of arrogance and inappropriate attitudes. Disrespect for our property, too," Ćetković told "Vijesti".
She explains that "Eurozox" violates regulations when building buildings, and above all, as she says, there is no protective fence around the construction site.
Drobnjak confirmed to "Vijesta" two months ago that the fence that the Ćetkovićs erected next to their house was demolished during construction work. However, he then claimed that the fence was mostly on the plot where "Eurozox" is building the building. This, he explains, is confirmed by two separate geodetic studies, commissioned by the Ćetkovići and his company. He also reminded that the building is being built "with all the necessary documentation, permits and approvals".
He also said that during the works, they tried to preserve the fence of Ćetković.
"However, when it was dug for the garage and when machinery came in to level the ground, that wall, which had no foundation and was primitively built, collapsed. Before the start of construction, we received approval, we fulfilled all legal norms, we received the approval of the chief state architect... When we finish the garage and do landscaping, we will definitely build a fence around our building, so I don't see any problem," said Drobnjak at the time. .
