There is a large number of stray dogs in the center of Bijelo Polje.
Citizens who contacted "Vijesti" say that stray dogs have been present in the center for more than a month.
They state that stray dogs move in packs and claim that they pose a danger to citizens, especially children.
The Bjelopolje Communal District said that they did not receive the consent of the asylum seeker in Berane.
"All we can do is make them stay away until we get consent," said Senad Pačariz, head of the section of the utility company.
