The public fountain in Block V is again the target of vandals

The public fountain in the Blok V neighborhood of Podgorica has once again been the target of vandals.

The faucet was pulled out of the fountain, so the water is spilling on the sidewalk and the road.

The same fountain was broken ten days ago, but then it was soon put into operation.

Mayor Ivan Vuković then published photos of the damaged city inventory, but it was not officially announced whether the perpetrator was discovered.
