Does Marta Šćepanović know where the Captain's Lake is and whose it is?

The residents of Velje Duboko reacted to the statements of the president of the Municipality of Kolašin Marta Šćepanović, which she presented in the text "Without question, the paved territory of Kolasin". They claim that Šćepanović is "inexplicably, selfishly and, it must be said, politically motivated and vengeful", protesting that the Municipality of Nikšić, as they state, "dare to pave the road to the Captain's Lake for the citizens of Veljedubo and the surrounding villages".

"Which Kolašin municipality for decades has not been able, or rather not willing, not to pave, but also to stand up, so that the locals can safely lift and lift from their katun. What is even more strange is that they are protesting fiercely, ignoring the fact that through the selfless and benevolent efforts of officials and deputies from Nikšić, the funds for the mentioned works were allocated by the Public Works Administration, which is probably the same umbrella for all municipalities. Are there any examples from life and human reason and logic that someone gets angry when another does good for him, and still wants to call the benefactors to account, as if they almost committed a criminal act, and not good for the people who have been desperately waiting for it for decades?

And all this, instead of, when she already presents herself as a host in her house, she came with a toast and collegially and collaboratively joined in and gave her contribution as a host so that at least a part of them sleeps and lies down towards Velje Dubok, because that's what the locals asked for, even though she says that she learned about everything from the media - which is completely false. And all that, and that she burns herself up with misery, but some despicable ecologists tell her, and she hasn't even deigned to visit the Captain's Lake, that asphalt is polluting the lake and the surrounding area. That in winter the water level rises and floods the road, because there is supposedly no flow, which is a pure lie. The lake has flowed enough before, and now it is especially safe, that the water never reached the road.

The truth is something else - the katun and the lake are polluting, destroying and, as they say, devastating, for decades precisely the rulers of Kolasin, with their negligence and carelessness - and now they remembered that it is their territory, even though they themselves do not know how far their territory is. How lucky we are to have been annexed to the municipality of Nikšić a long time ago. He also says, because it is probably useful to say that before the election, that these days the Municipality of Kolašin repaired the road from the Kolašin side towards the Captain's Lake. The old people of Veljedubo would say "that's how it got to them" because, if they call rehabilitation the fact that, at the cry of the locals, they sent a toy of the poor to repair a road destroyed by two streams due to heavy rain, then we are very happy that they take such great care of us. And how it was done, the best evidence is the reality on the ground that the road over those two streams is more difficult to pass now than before the rain and the supposed repairs. After all, if they are so concerned, let the president and everyone sit together and be shaken by that breakdown, which is only coincidentally called the road, so that they can be convinced of all the above. Because this is how it is, and this is confirmed by every true citizen of Veljedubo, unless there is a rare and malicious exception, which is not the case", he wrote in the reaction signed on behalf of the locals Maksim Draskovic.
