This year's edition of the Info day about pregnancy, breastfeeding and preparations for a new family member, Our baby is coming, will be organized on October 8, in the central atrium of Podgorica's BIG fashion center.
The event is organized for the ninth year in a row by the Parents Association and its social enterprise Kreativa lab, in partnership with the Clinical Center of Montenegro, the Public Health Institution Dom zdravlja Podgorica and the BIG fashion center.
"The program of the info day "The Baby is Coming" is informative and educational in nature, and this year the organizers tried to prepare very interesting content for all interested visitors in the form of lectures, presentations and panel discussions. During the program, experts from the field of health will take turns on the stage. and family education as well as special guests, and as part of the fair part of the event, companies offering products intended for pregnant women, mothers in labor, babies, as well as other family members will be presented. and are informed about topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding and baby care", announced the Association of Parents.
The topics that will be covered during the program are - pregnancy through the trimesters, what happens when labor starts, the role of the father in the first year of the baby's life, how to take care of the baby in the first days, colic in babies, the growth and development of the baby in the first year of life, baby nutrition in the first year of life, the first step, myths about breastfeeding and the baby friendly system in Montenegrin maternity hospitals
