Miločerski Park is covered with graffiti with the nationalist messages "Kill the Serb" and "Kosovo is Albania".
The President of the Council of the Local Community, Sveti Stefan Vladislav Mitrović, said that he would not allow vandalism, and that he expected an immediate reaction from the authorities and the detection of the perpetrators.
"I hereby inform you as the president of the Municipal Council of Sveti Stefan that Miločerski Park has become a real target for vandals. No smaller place, no more cameras and guards, next to which vandals can do whatever they want. The local community of Sveti Stefan since it was formed in December 2019 makes serious efforts to make the environment decent at the level it deserves, as well as safe for all our residents and visitors who come to enjoy the beauty of this place. It is very obvious that someone has been disturbed by the work of the MZ Sveti Stefan, so we hereby inform them that we have only just begun and that we still have a lot more planned, but also that we will not allow this kind of vandalism. The new mirrors installed in Miločerski Park were written on, which directly threatens traffic safety, hate speech written on the asphalt and walls is only a small part of what they did. The Municipal Inspection and the police, as well as CB Budva, have been informed about all this, from whom we expect an immediate reaction and to find the perpetrators of this part in accordance with their competences," Mitrović announced.
