The Council of the Local Community (MZ) of the Nikšić County decided to announce a competition for the award of scholarships for the best students from this MZ for the seventh year in a row.

This year, the Council will grant scholarships to four of the best students, who will each receive 70 euros from November to June.

"The right to apply for a scholarship is available to all full-time undergraduate students who submit proof of regular enrollment in the second and subsequent years of study, and who achieved an average grade of nine or higher in the previous years of study. is foreseen by the competition, priority will be given to students with higher years of basic studies", stated the president of the MZ Župa, Dragoljub Radulović.

Students must also attach a certificate that they have a place of residence in the territory of the MZ Župa and that they are citizens of Montenegro.

The contest is open from October 15 to November 10, and late and incomplete applications will not be considered.

"Through these symbolic activities, the Council of the Local Community wants to send a message that investing in knowledge is the best and safest investment, and also expects this to be a small incentive for all students from our town to achieve the best possible results during their education, which can be of great significance for our society as a whole. In the coming period, the Council of the Ministry of Health will strive to maintain the continuity of all previous activities and in this way we will encourage other social communities, state institutions and individuals to contribute to the overall strengthening of our society through these or similar activities, which is the only a guarantee of the stability of our state of Montenegro," said Radulović.
