The police officers protesting today unblocked Stanko Dragojevića Boulevard and returned in front of the Government building.
The president of the Independent Police Union, Igor Rmandić, said that nothing can surprise them for a long time, not even today's move by Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, who negotiated with the "criminalized part of the Police Administration Union".
"The humiliation that Prime Minister Abazović prepared for us today is not befitting a prime minister," he said.
Rmandić called on the prosecution to investigate who and how today let Mladen Šuškavčević through the back entrance of the Government building, because he is not employed by the Government, nor is he a protected person.
"We no longer have any reservations or brakes. He who expects respect must earn it," he said.
Earlier, after the Government session, the Minister of Finance Aleksandar Damjanović approached the gathered police officers.
He told them that he is ready to hold a meeting with them next week, in order to start solving the problem.
Damjanović said that, according to his knowledge, the police representative is already at the meeting.
Rmandić told him that there was not their representative in the Government building, but that, if that was true, there was someone who was impersonating himself at the meeting.
Damjanović approached the crowd after being invited.
Those gathered suspect that the President of the Police Administration Trade Union, Mladen Šuškavčević, entered the Government building.
Šuškavčević does not answer the call of Vijesti journalists.
The gathered policemen said that Suškavčević was brought into the government building today, through the back entrance, by the policeman who filed a criminal complaint against him a few years ago - Saša Radonjić.
"Now they are the closest collaborators," said one of the officers.
Rmandić said at the protest today that their demands from the previous protest were not fulfilled and that today they will present new ones with a new deadline.
He pointed out that many problems have accumulated and that today they are looking to start solving them.
He pointed out that police officers in Montenegro are poor, because those who have been working for 27 years have a salary of 540 euros, while their colleagues from the administration work for the minimum wage.
He also said that they are not involved in politics, and that they cannot wait for the elections to pass, because there are always elections in Montenegro.
Rmandić said that today they were gathered in front of the Government building by two men - Minister of Internal Affairs Filip Adžić and Prime Minister Dritan Abazović, who are being asked to fulfill their promises.
"The policemen don't have time to wait anymore. Our patience has run out," he said.
He added that they had already asked for a conversation with Adžić several times, and today also with Abazović.
"If he doesn't accept us, we will know that we are second-class citizens," he said.
He told his colleagues not to accept the answer "there is no money", because there is money but it is not properly distributed.
"Many of us put on the uniform at the age of 14 and dedicated our whole lives to it," Rmandić said.
He added that society must appreciate their sacrifices and put them in their rightful place.
"If someone wants to make Montenegro a Colombia where criminals will do whatever they want, and the police turn their heads and cannot stop them, then they are on the right track," Rmandić said.
He told all politicians and everyone in the Government, regardless of who is doing it or has done it, that the policemen will not be beggars.
"Today, police officers buy uniforms at markets... Tenders for summer uniforms are announced in June, so we get the short-sleeved shirt in December. Let them keep it," he said.
He told his colleagues who are free today, but did not come to the protest because they are sitting in cafes in Podgorica, Bar or Pljevlja, that he hopes they will at least feel ashamed.
"Colleagues who could not come because of work in all cities will gather in front of organizational units," he said.
"If the prime minister accepts us now and promises to increase our salary from November 1, I promise that we will go home immediately and that we will not block Bulevar Stanko Dragojević," he said.
