During the next week, representatives of the Union of the Police Administration will meet with the Minister of the Interior, Filip Adžić, and the Minister of Finance, Aleksandar Damjanović, in order to reach an agreement on the signing of the Collective Agreement, and an increase in the salaries of the employees of the Ministry of the Interior, according to the announcement.
The salary increase "will be implemented from January 1, 2023," the Ministry of the Interior announced.
They point out that this was one of the topics at today's working meeting in the MUP, which was attended by union representatives of Bar employees, Valentina Stojanović and Žarko Radulović, in addition to the president of the Police Administration Trade Union, Mladen Šuškavčević.
The purpose of the meeting is to find an adequate model for reducing the price per square meter of living space, in the facility whose construction is planned in Bar. That facility is intended for employees of the MUP, UP and ANB, the announcement states.
It was agreed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Trade Union should submit to the Government a proposal for an agreement on the provision of annual support for solving the housing needs of employees in the mentioned institutions, which would provide certain financial support for the project in Bar.
There was also talk of a model that would create the conditions, so that the employer would hand over wages free of charge in municipalities where there is a real possibility for the construction of residential buildings for employees in the security sector, the MUP statement concludes.
