The famous Montenegrin football player, Dejan Savićević was the first guest of the "Student Forum at 17:30 p.m.", which was organized by the "Savo Pejanović" School Management.
Students, especially those who train football, but also female students who play sports, came to see and hear Savićević live.
Those present and Savićević were greeted by the school's director, Zoran Đukić, and the mediator, Dragan Koprivica, spoke about Savićević's sports career.
Then, as announced, a film was shown with a selection of spectacular football skills and goals of Savićević in domestic and international stadiums, which was followed by a big applause from all the students present at the end.
"Savićević spoke about his successful life and football journey, compared life and sports opportunities then and now, pointed out the importance of sports for young people, encouraged the students to be as active as possible in sports as a healthy lifestyle, with advice to be sought after in different sports, depending on individual talent, and that football does not have to be the only commitment", according to the announcement of "Savo Pejanović" Primary School signed by Dragan Koprivica.
It was a special curiosity, as they point out, that Savićević emphasized that he finished elementary school at the "Savo Pejanović" school, and that he is emotionally attached to that elementary school institution.
He added that Žarko Paspalj also studied at the same school, as did many other successful personalities.
After Savićević's address to the young people, the students tried to ask Savićević as many questions as possible.
They learned from Savićević that he played for the national team of the former Yugoslavia in 56 games and scored 19 goals, that he was the winner of the Golden Badge of Sport for the year 1991, that he took a high second place in the selection of the best player in Europe, and that he played for Budućnost, Crvena Zvezda, Milan and Rapid, that he won the Champions League twice, the first time with Crvena Zvezda (1991) and the second time with Milan (1994 XNUMX).
As a Red Star player, he was, they say, part of the team that won three consecutive championship titles starting in 1989, as well as two national cups, the European Champions Cup and the Intercontinental Cup (1991).
They add that Savićević won seven trophies with the Italian Milan along with three Scudettos, i.e. the Italian championship, then the Italian Cup, the Champions League and the European Super Cup.
"This year's first "Student Forum at 17:30 p.m." proved in the best way the justification of such educational extracurricular content, which should be organized in other primary and secondary schools, and the meeting of the pupils of the elementary school "Savo Pejanović" with the celebrated football ace will certainly remain memorable," the announcement states.
