As part of the "November Days 2022" event, the Municipality of Tivat is organizing a Culinary Heritage Fair on Friday, November 4, from 16 p.m. on the city's Pine waterfront.

This gastronomic and educational event is one of the activities of the cross-border cooperation project "Enhancing Sustainable Tourism Development through Culinary Heritage - CUHaCHA", and will be an opportunity for Tivat restaurateurs, households and agricultural producers to present their offer of local traditional dishes and products.

As part of the program, a presentation of the Culinary Heritage Monograph created as part of the project will be organized, as well as the preparation of dishes on the spot according to the traditional recipes found in the monograph.

In anticipation of the fair, a panel discussion will be held on the airwaves of the local public broadcaster Radio Tivat on Thursday from 9 a.m. on the topic of research conducted in three partner regions: Zadar County, Herzegovina-Neretva County and Boka Kotorska.
