Parking service Ulcinj informed the locals and guests that on Friday and Saturday, November 11 and 12, they will not charge for parking because of the manifestation "Ivan's Ulcinj Game", which in the southernmost city starts on Friday and will last for four days.
"In those days, our city will be a sports epicenter due to the announced event that will gather numerous football aces from the former Yugoslavia. As this event will be of great importance for the affirmation of sports and tourism in general, we would like to give our modest contribution in this way so that the 'Ivan's Ulcinj Game' will go smoothly", the Parking Service announced.
Legendary player of Split Hajduk and SFRY Ivan Gudelj, at the invitation of a well-known businessman from Ulcinj Pavlo Pepđonović, will be in Ulcinj from the 11th to the 14th of this month, when the promotion of the book "Ivan Gudelj - Hajdučka prića" by the author Blaž Duplančića and the documentary film "Ivan's Game" directed by Tomislav Žaja.
Due to illness, Gudelj, at the peak of his phenomenal playing career at the age of 26 and before moving to one of the most famous European clubs, had to leave football and live some other dreams. He played 362 games for his "Bila" and scored 93 goals.
The arrival in the southernmost city was confirmed by all the football legends of ex-Yugoslavia from the eighties of the last century, but also earlier - Miloš Bursać, Ivica Šurjak, Faruk Hadžibegić, Stanislav Karasi, Miloš Šestić, Vladimir Petrović Pižon, Dževad Prekazi, Vančo Balevski, Dževad Šećerbegović, Predrag Pašić, Ljubomir Radanović, Milan Krlja Radović, Radmilo Mihajlović, Ivo Jerolimov, Nikica Cukrov, Zoran Simović, Dragan Kanatlarovski, as well as domestic icons, Dejan Savićević, Ante Mirocević, brothers Bakrač, Dragan Guzo Vujović, Brajan Nenezić... Along with them, legendary sports journalists arrive Milojko Pantic i Sinan Sinanović.
