Cetinje represents the cultural, historical, educational, diplomatic and social basis of Montenegro, said Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj.
He congratulated November 13 - Prijestonica Day, to the mayor of Cetinje, Nikola Đurašković, the president of the Prijestonica Assembly, Milena Vujačić, and all citizens.
"Cetinje represents the cultural, historical, educational, diplomatic and social basis of Montenegro, and the grandiose cultural and historical heritage of Cetinje makes it a Montenegrin flag," says Dukaj's congratulatory message.
Dukaj said that Cetinje, as a symbol of Montenegrin freedom, is a hero city with full merit, which has nurtured the best Montenegrin values for centuries.
"With its excellent geographical location, Cetinje has opportunities and great potential in its repertoire, both in terms of natural resources and in the field of culture and economy," added Dukaj.
He said that the Ministry of Public Administration continues to support the Capital City of Cetinje to establish an efficient and open public administration, which is directed towards the citizen and created according to his measure.
