The president of the Liberal Party, Andrija Popović, sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of November 13 - Capital Day, to the citizens of Cetinje, the leadership of the Capital and the local parliament and councilors.
"Cetinje is the vertical of Montenegrin existence, the foundation of our statehood both through the ages and today. It is a city of heroes that has always exuded a libertarian and anti-fascist spirit that gathers all people around it. That is why this city is a symbol of Montenegro and its survival.
"Cetinje and its people have always been the driving force behind the development of the state, which deserves much more attention, which will be harnessed to the strongest possible progress and improvement of the quality of life of the citizens of the capital. The qualities of Cetinje and its potential are countless, and the development possibilities are significant. I am convinced that in the long term with development policies, this region can gain new development momentum in the best interest of its citizens. Liberals, as always, will be a strong support for the Capital on such a path," Popović stated in his congratulatory message.
