The Ministry of Science and Technological Development (MNTR) announced today the Public Call for the awarding of annual awards for scientific achievements in 2022.
"After a two-year break, this year the Ministry will award monetary awards to the most successful scientists and innovators. The total prize fund amounts to 8.000 euros," the MNTR press release points out.
From that government department, they stated that awards are given in three categories, namely:
- to the most successful scientist - 3.000 eur;
- to the most successful young scientist under 30 years of age - 2.000 eur and
- to an innovator or a group of innovators for the most successful innovation or invention protected by a patent - 3.000 eur.
"The right to the prize for scientific achievements is exercised by Montenegrin citizens who in 2022 achieved exceptional results in scientific research work or on one of the innovative programs in our country or abroad, that is, who protected their invention/innovation with a patent in our country or abroad", it is written in the announcement.
MNTR stated that all those interested can apply for the award in one of the above categories, ending on December 5, 2022, and that one person can only receive the award in one of the above categories.
