Representatives of the Investment Development Fund (IRF) and the Office for Youth Cooperation RYCO in Montenegro are ready to improve cooperation through concrete projects aimed at empowering young people to engage in entrepreneurship and strengthening capacities when it comes to green projects and digitization.

The head of the office, Edin Koljenović, introduced the IRF representatives to the achievements of the Regional Office for Youth Cooperation RYCO, within the Berlin Process, as well as to the ambitions related to improving the status and level of activity in Montenegro and the region.

He presented a cross-section of realized and upcoming activities in cooperation with international and local partners, with a special emphasis on financial support programs for selected youth mobility and connection projects.

"The special attention of the RYCO team in Podgorica is devoted to programs to strengthen the capacity of young people to be active social agents and key target groups that can apply for and realize grants within the RYCO program," the statement added.

During the conversation, a significant emphasis was placed on social entrepreneurship and plans for the next period.

Radović praised the activities of the RYCO team in Montenegro and expressed her interest in establishing cooperation.

She emphasized the strong commitment of IRF to the development of entrepreneurship, with a special emphasis on young people in business, as well as the determination that through credit lines intended for young entrepreneurs, they will be able to implement their plans, express their creativity and realize their potential.
