The President of Democratic Montenegro, Aleksa Bečić, said that multinational and multi-confessional wealth is the main pillar of contemporary and modern Montenegro.
He congratulated all citizens of Montenegro on International Human Rights Day.
"On the occasion of the International Human Rights Day, I congratulate all citizens of Montenegro with the sincere belief that, as a responsible society, we will succeed in resisting any attempt at discrimination, disrespect or violation of human rights," wrote Bečić on Twitter.
He said that the multinational and multi-confessional wealth represents the main pillar of contemporary and modern Montenegro, as well as the preservation of those values, which place us among the ranks of prosperous countries and which are based on civilizational heritage of respect for human rights, ensure the vision of Montenegro.
"Our unequivocal determination to build Montenegro on principles that ensure citizens human dignity and equal opportunities to live and work guarantees that Montenegro will be synonymous with progress, a promising future and long-term peace," said Bečić.
