The legal representative of the "Bemax" company, lawyer Zoran Piperović, told Svetozar Ulićević, the member of Prava Montenegro in the Assembly of the municipality of Zeta, that he should not have accelerated the lawsuit, because he cannot prove his claims in court.
"I'm glad you're speeding me up for the lawsuit. And you shouldn't have. Because, in court, it's certain that you won't be able to prove any of what you state, because it's simply not true. I share your concern about environmental protection in Zeta And I conclude that you are a great local patriot, because, instead of warning me that I should be more sensitive to Zeta because of my origin, you should have, if there are some from that same Zeta, warned about the exploitation of gravel. Or the people of Zeć have their own the right to exploitation without the decision of a state authority. In the end, Bemax did not even buy half a shovelful of gravel," said Piperović.
