The President of the Democratic People's Party, Milan Knežević, sent his condolences to the citizens of Turkey and Syria, as well as to the highest state authorities and leaders of those two countries, on the occasion of the catastrophic earthquake, in which more than two thousand people died, with a large number injured.
The president of the DNP announced that he is convinced that "the entire humanity is united in a sense of solidarity regarding the tragic events and great human losses" in Turkey and Syria.
Knežević expects that, "united in the feeling of this tragedy for the peoples of the two countries", the international community and humanitarian organizations will do everything to help "in a tragedy the likes of which cannot be remembered in recent decades".
