Today, the Ministry of Public Administration received a positive opinion from the European Commission on the text of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Free Access to Information (SPI).
Minister of Public Administration Maraš Dukaj said that he was pleased with the success of the team that worked on the text.
"We will send the proposal of the Law to the Government of Montenegro for adoption next week. We are continuing the procedures related to the Law on Government, the Law on Information Security... All the laws we propose are and will be in accordance with the regulations and practice of the European Union," he said on Dukaj to Twitter.
